Immune-balance Smoothie:

Smoothies and fruits by the pool

Ingredients:

  • 1 thick slice of fresh Pineapple, with its hard core, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup strong nettle tea
  • 1 probiotic capsule (dairy free)
  • 3 heaped tbsp hemp protein
  • 1 tsp grated organic lemon peel
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Blend well and sip slowly, “chewing” each mouthful.

Tummy-calming smoothie:

The perfect night treat...

banana smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass rice milk - room temperature
  • 1 tsp Slippery elm powder
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Blend ingredients and sip it slowly, mixing it well with saliva. Enjoy this smoothie last thing at night and its Tryptophan content will help you sleep better, also.
